Celebrated writer Chip Zdarsky puts Peter Parker front and center as all of his unmissable SPIDER-MAN stories are collected in one package Spidey and his ol pal the Human Torch find out. Based on his actions in the current "Amazing Fantasy" arc of Spectacular and in other Spidey books it feels like knowing Peter's identity and helping him has aided Jonah in dealing with his loneliness and given him some things to atone for. It seems like you're having a lot of fun writing Jonah with this new knowledge of Peter's identity. Jonah is one of the greatest comic book characters of all time. After years of writers forgetting that spider-man had, you know, super strength and endurance, Chip actually writes a Spidey that can take on both Hawkeye and Black Panther without a sweat. And I think it has! I love writing their dynamic and seeing it ripple out into other books. He writes and illustrates an advice column called Extremely Bad Advice for the Canadian national newspaper National Posts The Ampersand, their pop culture sections online edition. He was born Steve Murray but is known by his fan base as Chip Zdarsky, and occasionally Todd Diamond. They weren’t against it, but I think they just wanted me to think it through, to prove that it would help the story in the long run.
